Borgobrufa SPA Resort – Water and Sauna World
To ensure that guests in our Sauna World enjoy the highest level of relaxation, only children aged 16 and older are allowed access. Children aged 3 and above may use the Water World.

Deposit: The booking will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit. The deposit is 50% of the total value of bookings made up to 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit can be paid by providing the number and expiry date of your credit card which will then be debited with the amount due for the deposit. Payment by bank transfer is also possible to the following account:

Arrival and departure: Your room is available from 3:30 pm on the day of arrival. The room must be vacated by 12 midday on the day of departure.

Late check-out: For every non-agreed hour of delay to the check-out, a charge of 30 euro per hour will apply.

Day use: It is possible to stay in your room after 12 midday on the day of departure. The price of 60 euro includes use of the spa area. You therefore have the opportunity to use the room until 6pm. This service can only be offered upon availability which will be confirmed at reception.

Cancellation: We must be notified of cancellation in advance. If cancellations are made up to 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made between 14 and 3 days before arrival, 50% of the total value of the stay will be invoiced. For cancellations made 2 days before arrival, the entire price of the stay will be charged.

Spa bookings: In order to fully satisfy your needs, please contact the spa reception at least one week prior to arrival. Cancellations of massages and/or treatments can be accepted up to 24 hours before the planned appointment. For cancellation occurring less than 24 hours prior to a planned appointment, the full price of the treatment will be charged.

Valuables: We cannot take any responsibility for any valuables left in the hotel. Every room has a safe with personally adjustable code number.

Non-smoking rooms: All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Please respect the rules for the well-being of other guests.

Price information: All prices included half board (breakfast, evening meal and overnight stay). After consultation with the hotel, it is possible, for a 20 euro discount, to take bed & breakfast.

Discounts: A third adult will receive a discount of 20% in all room categories and suites. Children under 3 can stay free of charge when sharing the room with their parents. Children between 3 and 11 will receive a 50% discount.

Single room surcharge: A surcharge of 80 euro applies for the single occupancy of a double room.

Internet: In the Borgobrufa Hotel internet is free of charge. The community areas, the rooms and a large part of the outdoor area is equipped with Wi-Fi.

Parking: Parking fees are included in the price.

Four-legged friends: If booked in advanced, small dogs (up to 10 kilos) are welcome in our hotel for a surcharge of 10,00 euro per day. Please remember to bring a blanket and basket for your dog and understand that your four-legged friend will not be allowed access to community areas, the swimming pool area, the spa or the restaurant.

Payment: Payment can be made in cash, by cheque (after being cleared by the hotel), by credit card (with the exception of DINER'S) and by cash card!

Sport and leisure: Complimentary use of mountain bikes and the tennis court is available to our guests. For night use, a fee of 10 euro will apply.
