A journey into local tradition allows visitors to rediscover the pleasures and the flavours of dining. Thanks to our skilled professional chef, our region's dishes and products are carefully prepared without losing the authentic identity and genuine nature of typical Umbrian cuisine. These simple dishes bring out the flavours of the ingredients and are based on products from the land, such as the olive oil we produce.

Wines of our own production, or chosen and selected from those of the highest quality complement the flavours of our dishes.
Several rooms welcome our guests, such as the terrace with a view of Assisi and Perugia, the elegant salon with a fire place, and now the new Restaurant “Quattro Sensi,” offering traditional dishes and products of the region, light and well-balanced, prepared using the best ingredients with your health in mind.
