Our Michelin-starred Chef Andrea Impero is proud to present the first edition of a unique Masterclass, an educational and experiential class designed to teach you how to recognize, taste and evaluate extra virgin olive oil, a precious heritage of our land.

This convivial experience will take place in our private panoramic room on two exclusive dates: Friday, October 16th and Friday, October 30th. The Masterclass will begin at 5:00 pm and will last approximately one hour.

You may choose between two bookable experiences:

Convivial Masterclass

Tasting of 3 olive cultivars, accompanied by the Chef’s storytelling, followed by a final bruschetta

Convivial Masterclass & Olive Oil Wellness Experience

Tasting of 3 olive cultivars, accompanied by the Chef’s storytelling, followed by a final bruschetta, plus a 45-minute olive-infused body and facial massage, with an olive-based product as a keepsake of the experience:

€180.00 per person

At the end of the Masterclass, each guest will receive a unique gift: a bottle of our own prestigious Gocce del Borgo extra virgin olive oil, produced by us.
