For us it is a great privilege to be able to enjoy such a wealth of raw materials. This is why we have created three specialities under the Borgobrufa SPA Resort brand, to honour this wealth.
Burgus
Nature at Borgobrufa SPA Resort is particularly fascinating, especially its iconic and omnipresent vineyards, whose colours create unforgettable spectacles and give life to precious fruits such as Burgus. Burgus is a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet sauvignon, with an intense and fresh fragrance after a brief period in the barrel.
Poggio Belvederino
Drinking a wine means absorbing a history, a territory, and very old traditions. It is with this culture and respect that we have created our Poggio Belvederino, a blend of Incrocio Manzoni and Trebbiano an elegant and fascinating white that is perfect for hors d’oeuvres and light first courses.
Le gocce del Borgo
Olive oil is nature’s most precious product, and as such it deserves respect, culture, and knowledge. This is why we place all our unconditional love into the research and quality control of our olives, to create our Extra Virgin Olive Oil called “Le Gocce del Borgo”. An experience to be enjoyed so you can taste the authentic taste of Umbria.
