To ensure that all of our guests have a relaxing vacation and fully enjoy the silence and peacefulness of the hotel we gladly welcome only guests 18 years old or older to our SPA Resort.

Borgobrufa SPA Resort has two restaurants: the “Quattro Sensi” restaurant (open every day) and the “Elementi Fine Dining” gourmet restaurant (open only for dinner from Thursday to Sunday – upon availability).
All reservations that include dinners, unless otherwise communicated, include access to the “Quattro Senses” restaurant. The time will be agreed upon arrival at the structure.
For reservations that do not include dinners, we strongly recommend that you make a reservation at the restaurant in advance.

– Water World:
With outdoor pool (not heated, oper from June to September), heated indoor pool with outdoor area over 3000 square metres and breathtaking views of Perugia, relaxation zones, benches, water massage barrels, counter current pool, neck massage waterfall, water jets for legs and back massages.
– Sauna World:
With Vitarium (organic sauna with chromotherapy and aromatherapy), steam bath, ice fountain, sauna of nature, panoramic sauna, sensory showers, relaxing “Star” room and further relax areas with regenerating drinks.

– Deposit:
The booking will be confirmed upon payment of the 30% of the total value of bookings. This deposit can be paid on line. Payment by bank transfer is also possible.
– Arrival and departure:
Your room is available from 3,30pm on the day of arrival. The room must be vacated by 12 on the day of departure.
– Early check-in/Late check-out:
Any requests for early check-in or late check-out of the room and SPA must be agreed in advance, upon availability, with an extra charge.

All late check-outs are granted by the reception only upon availability.
– Cancellation:
We must be notified of cancellation in advance. If cancellations are made up to 5 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations made between 4 and 0 days before arrival, the amount paid won’t be refounded. The entire amount of the SPA treatments booked will be charged if scheduled for the next 24 hours.
– SPA bookings:
In order to fully satisfy your needs, please contact the SPA reception at least one week prior to arrival. Cancellations of massages and/or treatments can be accepted up to 24 hours before the planned appointment. For cancellation occurring less than 24 hours prior to a planned appointment, the full price of the treatment will be charged.
– Valuables:
We cannot take any responsibility for any valuables left in the hotel. Every room has a safe with personally adjustable code number.
– Non-smoking rooms:
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Please, respect the rules for the well-being of other guests
– Internet:
In Borgobrufa SPA Resort internet is free of charge.
– Parking:
Parking fees are included in the price.
– Four-legged friends:
Small dogs (up to 10 kilos) with international booklet certifying the presence of microchips and the list of annual vaccinations are welcome in our hotel with a surcharge of 30,00 euro per day. Please remember to bring a blanket and basket for your dog and understand that your four-legged friend are not allowed to access to community areas, the swimming pool area, the SPA or the restaurants.

Payment can be made in cash, by cheque, by credit card and by cash.
