The options are numerous: from the “Fresh hand-made pasta” course, in which you can learn to make 4 types of fresh pasta – tagliatelle, umbricelli, gnocchi and ravioli, combined with 4 different ragout sauces, to “Classic Italian Cuisine”, a full menu with recipes of classic Italian tradition. But first and foremost, “Tradition menus in Umbria”, a course that will teach you to prepare a 4-course menu, from hors d’oeuvres to dessert, with typical local recipes.
